Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
  • Please make sure to check sizing and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your order! While we don’t offer returns, we do provide exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted only for a different size of the same product.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags intact.

  • Exchanges are available within India only.

  • Defective or damaged pieces will be replaced with the same product.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Fill out our Exchange Request Form.

  2. Email it to us at oslae.info@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange the pickup of your item at no extra cost.

Processing Time

  • After we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll notify you immediately.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are not available for sale items, accessories, or custom orders.

  • Shipping costs for approved exchanges will not be covered by us.
